A Video package is played highlighting a run down of tonight’s matches. Highlights of The Rock turning heel and attacking Jericho on Turmoil is played. A clip of The Rock giving Jericho the rock bottom is shown. Jericho makes the challenge for The Rock at Battle Mania. Battle Mania will mark the Rock’s final NHBWO PPV. The Participants in the Battle Royal speak their minds as each of them explain how and why they will win. Chris Jericho states that he will win the Battle Royal because he is the man to do it and he will not let anyone stand in his way. Matt Striker tells the world that, a simple day of studying is all the trick. He will bring what he learned over the weekend to Battle Mania. “A Simple Lesson in a Striker Ass Kicking”. Kane says that he will make a statement tonight and that he will demolish anyone who stands in his path especially Randy Orton and Batista. The video package slows down as it begins to show highlights of how the main event has come about. Triple H says that he doesn’t need luck to beat Shawn Michaels, that it’s in his hands and tonight the fate of Shawn Michaels will be in his hands. The video package ends with a stare down between Triple H and Shawn Michaels a few weeks ago on Turmoil

Fireworks explode near the staging area as the camera pans on a sold out crowd.

A camera zooms to the broadcast booth where Joey Styles and Paul Heyman bring you all the action tonight.

Joey Styles: Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen to a star-studded night. Welcome to Battle Mania! I’m Joey Styles and I’m joined by my long time broadcaster, Paul Heyman! And what a night it will be. I have waited for this for the longest time. Shawn Michaels puts his World Heavyweight title on the line against the challenger Triple H in a No Disqualification match. And not only is this match a no do title defense but Triple H has our own chairman of the board in his corner, Mr. McMahon

Paul Heyman: You know, Joey. Triple H is a very smart man. What a great move on the part of Hunter. With the owner of our company in his corner how can this man not leave the World Champion. I said it before and I will say it again…tonight it is the night. Triple H will leave with the World title! Mark my words. He will do it.

Joey Styles: That’s a very good point and that’s not all tonight a Challenger for the World title will be decided in an Over the top rope Battle Royal. The winner of course getting a title shot at Wrestle Fest. And what an amazing amount of talent we got in this match! Wouldn’t you say so Heyman?

Paul Heyman: Oh, no doubt Joey. When you talk big names you aren’t kidding. I mean Batista, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, Kane, Sting, Matt Hardy…it’s endless. And how could you forget about Matt Striker. I think this man has something to prove. I mean he is a former school teacher. He must have the knowledge of an Albert Einstein. I mean he is the Albert Einstein of Wrestling.! He has all the answers. Tonight, my money is on him! Matt Striker will win the Battle Royal!

Joey Styles: Could very well be, anything’s possible when it comes to Battle Royal’s. It’s every man for himself. The winner gets a world title shot. What else can be said?

Paul Heyman: What else can be said? If I’m not mistaken in a few moments it’s going to be Raven putting his Custom title on the line against Sting. This match is going to be interesting, Joey. Because not only is this a regular title but the pinfall can happen anywhere. I can’t wait! My bet is on Raven.

Joey Styles: Without a doubt wrestling fans. And I think we are just about ready. Here comes Raven with the custom wrestling championship.

Paul Heyman: This night is going to be great, I can feel it already, Joey!

RavenVS. Sting (Custom Wrestling Title Match)

The haunting vocals of Coheed and Cambria’s “Once Upon Your Dead Body” echo through the arena, bringing the rest of the band in. Raven stands at the edge of the stage, a single spotlight shining on him as he extends his arms to the side. He continues walking down to the ring, and slides in as the lights come up. There, he finds Sting waiting, ready to fight. He takes an immediate swing at Raven, knocking him down. A referee runs down to the ring as Sting sits, pummeling Raven in the face. The referee pull Sting off of Raven, and the two argue, giving Raven time to get up. Once he does get up, he is accosted by Sting, who attempts to shove him to the ground, but Raven gives him a few hard shots in the face. As Sting stumbles backwards, Raven charges at him, clothes lining him to the outside of the ring. Raven drops down and rolls out, where he is jabbed in the eye by Sting. Sting whips him into the barricade, and Raven bounces off, laying on the ground. Sting slowly picks him up, and gets ready to whip him into another barricade. Sting flings him, but Raven spins around, sending Sting hurtling into the barricade. Raven lifts Sting up, preparing him for a suplex. Raven tries lifting Sting, but Sting has his leg wrapped around Raven’s, and is able to reverse the move. Sting lifts Raven, and drags him onto the stage. A knee to the stomach, followed by an arm drag, drops Raven on the hard steel ramp. The two continue up the ramp, each trying to make sure that they aren’t the one to go flying off of the stage. A few hard shots to the gut of Sting get him keeling over, and Raven throws him into the hard metal of the stage. Raven drags him into the back, where the two continue brawling. Sting ducks a punch, and is able to spear Raven through a door, into a boiler room. Raven struggles up, and rolls out of the way as Sting dives at him. Raven kicks one of the pipes, and sends hot steam into Sting’s face, melting most of the face paint off. The two battle on, tripping constantly in the dark room. Raven shoves Sting into a large tank, and Sting falls over it, landing on the floor. Raven walks around the tank, and looks for Sting, only to be grabbed by the back of the head, and slammed into the same boiler he just sent Sting over. Raven falls to the ground, as Sting tries to push over a locker onto him. Raven rolls away, and tackles Sting into the wall. Sting falls, and this time Raven knocks a locker in his direction.

Sting watches as the locker falls, and puts his feet up to stop it. He is able to kick it out of his way, but Raven has a chair ready, which he slams into Sting’s face when he gets the opportunity. Raven lifts Sting up, but is flipped over, landing on one of the downed lockers. Sting waits patiently, trying to recover from some of the nasty blows he’s taken. He is bleeding from the forehead. Both men stand, facing each other, exhausted. Raven steps over the locker, jumping at Sting to take him down. Sting moves, and Raven catches himself, his momentum sending him into a wall. Sting runs straight at him to fully slam him into the wall, as Raven falls backwards. Sting slides Raven onto a boiler, and climbs up himself. From there, he lifts Raven up onto a very large windowsill, and climbs up again. The large window supplies some light into the room, from the parking lot. Sting lifts Raven up, but Raven gives Sting a low blow. Raven pushes Sting down onto the boiler, which makes a cracking sound as Sting lands on it. Raven climbs down, and gets back onto the ground. Raven begins savagely punching Sting in the face, until he rolls Sting off of the boiler. There is a large dent in the boiler, where Sting landed.

Raven tosses Sting onto his shoulder, ramming him head first into a wall. Raven waits for Sting to get up, and when he finally does, Sting charges his opponent, but is lifted and sidewalk slammed onto the boiler again. Raven this time shoves him onto the large windowsill, and climbs up himself. He looks out to the parking lot, filled with cars. Directly under them, there is a dumpster. Raven shoves Sting back up onto his shoulder.

Raven has Sting’s head facing the window, and tosses him into the window. Crashing through, Sting falls into the dumpster, bleeding severely from the forehead. Raven stands at the edge of the windowsill, looking down at Sting. He jumps down, giving Sting a splash. Raven tiredly lifts one of Sting’s legs, as the referee drops down from the windowsill, and gets ready to count. One. . . Two. . . Three. Raven gets out of the dumpster, and closes the lid on Sting.

Winner: And Still Custom Wrestling Champion, Raven

Backstage Segment: Triple H gets ready for his Big Match!

Vince McMahon is shown walking down the hallway, shaking the crew members’ hands. After the pleasantries, Vince continues down the hall, looking at the different locker rooms. He finally stops at one, and the camera zooms on the sign, which reads “Triple H”. Vince opens the door, and walks in to find HHH pacing around the room with the Intercontinental Title over his shoulder.

Vince: “Hey, look who it is. The Next World Heavyweight Champion of the World! Hunter, how are you?”

HHH: “Good Vince, have a seat.”

Vince:” Hunter, as you know, Tonight is a big night for the both of us. I mean after you beat Shawn Michaels tonight and take the World Title, he will be just that much closer to leaving NHBWO”

*Triple H lets out a smirk*

HHH: “It’s going to be a piece of cake. Shawn Michaels in half the man he used to be. He doesn’t have what he use to have. He’s a shallow image of his former self. And tonight, you can count on me becoming the new champion. Hell the title looks a lot better around my waist than it does around the waist of a 40 year old has been.

Vince: “The only problem we have with Shawn Michaels, is that he doesn’t know when to give up. He is living in the past. He will won’t give in to anything. You are really going to have to beat *Voice Changes into demonic tones* Beat the Living Crap out of him. *Grins* Can you do that?

HHH: “Don’t worry. I have this covered.”

Triple H reaches into a locker, and pulls out his signature weapon, the sledgehammer.

HHH: “And I guarantee it.”

Vince and Triple H share smirks as the camera cuts to the ring area.

Over the Top Rope Battle Royal (Winner gets a World title Shot at Wrestle Fest I 2006!)

The lights dim down to a faint blue and purple and Chris Jericho’s timer appears on the screen for a second time tonight. The timer reaches two and the screen changes to a halogen tube. A ball travels through it and reaches an outline of Jericho in a city. Fozzy picks up and Y2J is shown standing on the entrance ramp with his arms extended. He spins around and pumps his elbows into his torso as the crowd cheers crazily for him. Jericho cockily continues down the ramp, stopping here and there to work the crowd. He gets to the steps and struts up them and swings around on the apron and enters the ring.
“If Ya Smell” sings out over the arena and crowd goes to their feet as the Rock makes his final appearance in NHBWO. The Rock continues down the ramp and steps up to the ring apron and climbs up the turnbuckle. On the turnbuckle, Rock raises his left arm and stares around the capacity crowd, gazing at the respectful fans. He climbs down and goes to another turnbuckle where he repeats his pose. The music stops and Rock goes to the middle of the ring.

Jericho extends his hand to the delight of the crowd and Rock shakes it. They let go, and lock up, with Rock getting Jericho in a headlock. The Brahma Bull shakes on Y2J’s head to force Jericho to tap, but Chris drops him with a back suplex. After taking some time to rest his head, Chris starts stomping and kicking the Rock’s ribs and back, which were weakened by their earlier match. Y2J flexes his muscles for the crowd and tells them that “I’m the King of the World baby!” The Rock nips up and sets up for a Rock Bottom on Jericho. Y2J turns around, and gets caught by The Rock, but Jericho thumbs his eye and drops him with a reverse DDT. Jericho beats his chest for the fans, then goes back over to Rock, and continues to kick at his back and ribs. Through the beating, Rocky is able to get up, and take down Y2J with a spear, and unleash fists on his face. He grabs Jericho’s legs, hooks his through them, and locks on a Sharpshooter, which causes excruciating pain on Chris’s legs. Rocky holds Jericho’s legs but, is thrown off by Chris, who used his strength to kick him off. Rock charges Chris, but Y2J ducks and sends Rock down with a dropkick. Jericho heads up to the top rope where he waits for Rock to rise, and nails him with a spinning elbow to the chin. Chris runs to the ropes parallel to Rock and springs to the second rope, where he completes a masterful back flip. In the nick of time, Rock gets his knees up, and Jericho’s gut is driven hard into them. The Rock lifts Jericho up, and slams him down hard with a Rock Bottom. Again, he picks Chris up and sends him against the ropes, then drops him with a Spine buster. The Rock goes to Y2J’s head and slowly pulls his elbow pad of, much to the delight of the crowd. Rocky runs against the ropes, jumps over Jericho, and is about to drop the elbow when a massive explosion hits and Kane runs down to the ring. Rock tries to jump him, but Kane knocks him down with a hard clothesline. Jericho hammers on Kane’s back, but is pushed away by the Big Red Machine. Kane then clocks Chris with a big boot to the face, and hits a leg drop. He’s about to choke Jericho when Rock nails Kane with a flying forearm. The Brahma Bull sets up for a Rock Bottom on Kane, but Kane hits him with an elbow that send Rock over the top rope. Luckily, Rock manages to stay on the apron, but has his luck cut short when Jericho sends him flying with a springboard dropkick.

Elimination: The Rock

Jericho turns around into a huge choke slam by Kane, and lies prone on the mat. With a sick look on his face, Kane roughly picks up Y2J, and scoops him over his shoulder. Jericho slides off, and nails a low blow on Kane, which sends the Big Red Machine onto his knees. Y2J runs against the ropes, and slams Kane’s head onto the mat via a bulldog. Chris lifts up both of Kane’s legs and turns him around on his stomach, locking in the Walls of Jericho. Kane taps out, but to no avail as you can only be eliminated by being thrown over the top rope. Y2J let’s go of the hold and starts to stomp on Kane to injure his already weakened back. Jericho walks away to work the crowd, unaware to Kane sitting up and charging him. He crashes into Jericho, sending Y2J into the corner, and falling to the mat.


The lights change to a gold color as Orton’s music hits over the arena, and he runs out to the ring. Randy crashes into Kane with a shoulder block, and knocks him down. Orton lifts up Jericho and suplexes him into the canvas. Randy stomps on Jericho’s head until Kane drops Orton with a clothesline. Kane attempts to hit a press slam on Orton. Kane picks Orton up and presses him way above his head. Orton counters the move with a thumb to the eyes. Orton runs against the ropes and nails a dazed Kane with an elbow shot to the temple. Kane staggers but does not fall down. Orton runs against the ropes again and Kane catches him with a big boot. Orton falls into the corner and Kane goes right after him with uppercuts and huge chop blocks. Jericho catches Kane from behind with a heavy right. Jericho and Kane exchange blows as Orton tries to regain himself in the corner.

The countdown begins as the fans await yet on another superstar. Batista’s music hits and fans boo as Batista runs down the ramp and into the ring. He immediately attacks Kane from behind. Orton takes out Jericho with an RKO. Jericho is out cold. Orton is about to eliminate Jericho from the ring when Batista screams for Orton. Orton and Batista double team Kane. Batista lifts Kane to his feet as Orton pummels Kane in the face with hard closed fists. Kane falls to the mat in pain as Orton and Batista continue to beat him down. Batista brings Kane to his feet as Orton runs against the ropes. Batista lets go of Kane and Orton brings Kane down to the mat with a fierce clothesline. Batista and Orton raise their arms in victory. It is short-lived as Kane sits up. Batista and Orton try to beat him down some more but Kane fights back nailing Orton with a heavy right. Kane turns his attentions to Batista hitting him as well. Kane runs Orton against the ropes giving him a back body drop. Jericho finally comes to as Kane gives Batista a side walk slam. Jericho and Orton go at it. Jericho runs Orton against the ropes, Orton slides under Jericho’s leg. Jericho quickly turns around and hits Orton with a dropkick causing him to fall over the top rope onto the apron. Jericho tries to eliminate Orton as Kane and Batista battle it out. Kane lifts Batista off his feet and nails a body slam.

A count down begins. A blue light hovers over the entire arena as Matt Striker is revealed to be the next man in. He runs down the ramp making his in-ring wrestling debut. Striker goes right to work on Jericho stopping him from eliminating Orton. Orton gets back into the ring and helps Striker double team Jericho. Striker and Orton give Jericho a suplex. Kane works on Batista in the corner trying to eliminate him. Orton cuts Kane off with a shot to the back. Batista takes a breather as Orton punches Kane in the face repeatedly. Striker goes to work on Jericho. Kane grabs Orton by the and throws him in the corner in front of Batista. Both Orton and Batista are slumped together in the corner as Kane takes off towards the other side of the ring. Kane charges and takes out Orton. Batista staggers out of the corner and Kane raises his size 17 and gives Batista a big boot knocking him down to the canvas. Kane calls for the choke slam. He raises his arm high in the air and grabs Batista by the throat. Orton realizes what is about to happen. Orton charges towards Kane, Kane quickly ducks a clothesline. Kane throws Batista against the ropes and grabs Orton by the head. Orton bumps into Batista and Orton takes out Batista and himself. The crowd goes crazy as Kane eliminates both Randy Orton and Batista.

Elimination: Randy Orton & Batista

Orton and Batista argue on the outside both looking frustrated at what just happened. Kane laughs inside the ring. Batista points his finger at Kane saying a few words before leaving to the back with Orton still arguing about what happened.

Striker continues to battle with Jericho. Kane interrupts the brawl taking out Striker with a clothesline. Kane grabs Jericho by the neck and hurls him into the corner. Kane unloads on him with everything he’s got. Kane grabs Jericho by the neck once more and hurls him half way across the ring. Striker unknowingly slides to the outside arena floor as Kane continues to work on Jericho. Kane lifts Jericho to his feet and nails an uppercut. Kane attempts to hit Jericho with a big boot but Jericho ducks it and takes out Kane with a huge dropkick to the face.

The countdown begins once again. This time its Sting. Fans cheer wildly as Sting runs down the ramp and into the ring. Sting hits anything that moves. Striker paces on the outside as Sting gives Kane a DDT. Sting runs Jericho into the ropes and nails a flying clothesline. Sting brings Kane to his feet. Sting shoves him into the corner. He climbs the ropes and begins to punch him in the face repeatedly as the fans count along. One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight. Kane quickly stops Sting in his tracks with a low blow. Kane grips Sting and lifts him high above his head. Kane quickly disposes of him to the shock of the crowd.

Elimination: Sting

It’s now Kane and Jericho once again in the ring. Matt Striker continues to walk on the outside of the ring trying to pick the right time to come back in. Jericho gives Kane a huge chop to the chest. Kane reels backwards. Jericho nails him again. Jericho attempts to run Kane against the ropes but Kane reverses it sending Jericho into them. Kane tries to hit Jericho with a clothesline but Jericho ducks it and nails Kane with a dropkick. Jericho drops down to both knees and unloads on him with everything he’s got. Striker finally gets back into the ring attacking Jericho from behind. Striker stomps Jericho in the back of the head as Kane lies flat on the mat. Striker brings Jericho to his feet and hit’s a suplex. Striker attempting a risky maneuver climbs the top rope and catches Jericho right in the sternum with an elbow drop.

The countdown begins once again with the final man entering. Matt Hardy’s music hits and fans cheer as Hardy makes a dash to the ring with his sights on Matt Striker. Matt Hardy goes right after Striker. Both Striker and Hardy go at it striking each other with rights and lefts. Striker ranks the eyes of Matt Hardy. He runs against the ropes attempting a clothesline, Hardy ducks it and hit’s a DDT on Striker. Hardy runs against the ropes and drops his leg over the face of Striker.

Hardy scoops Striker to his feet attempting to eliminate him. Striker reaches into his trunks and pulls out something which he wraps around his hand. Hardy continues to try to eliminate Striker. Striker falls onto the apron. Matt Hardy tries to shove Striker off the apron but Striker spins around and clocks Hardy in the face with some object. Striker smiles and gets back into the ring. Hardy stumbles to his feet. Striker gets behind Hardy and dumps him to the outside. Fans boo letting Striker know what they really think of him.

Elimination: Matt Hardy

Striker puts the object used to eliminate Matt Hardy back into his trunks. He show bouts for the crowd unaware that Kane and Jericho are now to their feet. Striker turns around and bumps into a 7 ft. brick wall. Kane grabs Striker by the throat and gives him a choke slam. Jericho runs into the ropes, he jumps onto the 2nd rope and flipping in mid air nails a Lion Sault onto Matt Striker. Both Kane and Jericho lift Striker to his feet. They hurl him over the top rope and Striker goes sailing to the outside floor.

Elimination: Matt Striker

It’s now down to just 2 men. Kane and Jericho stare down each other. The crowd is now on their feet. Both men charge at each other giving everything they’ve got left. Kane runs Jericho into the ropes, Jericho ducks an attempted big boot, he charges right back and both men take out each other with a clothesline. Both Jericho and Kane lay flat on their backs attempting to regain some composure. After a few brief moments. Kane sits up. He gets to his feet and raises his arm signaling for a choke slam once again. Jericho surprisingly springs to his feet and jumps on Kane taking him down to the mat. Jericho unloads on Kane with rights and lefts. Jericho hops to his feet with the crowd behind him. He drops his foot over the face of Kane. Kane sits up. Jericho runs against the ropes and catches Kane in the back of the head with a dropkick. The shot echoes in the arena. Jericho runs against the ropes and attempts a Lion Sault, Kane moves out of the way and Jericho lands on his feet. Jericho turns around and Kane knocks him down with a clothesline. Both men are now exhausted and on the canvas. Both receive a standing ovation as the match continues on. Kane again sits up first and is now on his feet. Jericho springs to his feet. The crowd claps and cheers for both men. Kane and Jericho nods heads and begin to talk some more trash before going at it once more. Kane punches Jericho in the face, Jericho retaliates with one of his own. Jericho and Kane battle it out. Jericho attempts to clothesline Kane after running him into the ropes, but Kane catches Jericho with a big boot knocking him into the ropes. Kane tries to eliminate Jericho but Jericho hangs onto the ropes. Jericho manages to fight back after a thumb to the eye of Kane. Jericho is now on the apron. Jericho punches Kane in the face. Kane staggers backwards. Jericho climbs the top rope. Kane dazed in the ring walks towards Jericho who is now on the top turnbuckle. Jericho leaps off and nails Kane with a missile like dropkick. Both men are down. Fans cheer for both men. Both men slowly get to their feet. Kane falls against the ropes. Jericho punches Kane in the face as Kane makes a move towards him. Jericho nails him again and Kane falls onto the ropes. Jericho gives Kane a clothesline and Kane almost falls over the top rope. Jericho punches Kane in the face. Kane staggers backwards. Jericho runs against the ropes and attempts to clothesline Kane over the top rope. Kane reverses it giving Jericho a back body drop sending him to the outside floor.

Winner: Kane

Kane’s music hits as Jericho rolls on the outside floor. The fans give both men appreciation for their efforts. Kane raises his arms as pyros shoot from the ring posts. Kane raises his arm as Jericho looks on in disbelief. He begins to pull his hair in anger as Kane celebrates in the ring. Jericho walks up the ramp way with anger in the his face as Kane takes a breather in the ring before celebrating some more.

Backstage: A frustrated Chris Jericho; Problems Arise!

Jericho is seen walking back from his match, looking down, not paying much attention to what he is doing. Shawn Michaels is seen walking backstage. The two bump shoulders. Michaels turns quickly, and, in an angry tone of voices, says, “Hey, Jericho. I saw what happened out there and I must say I‘m very sorry that you lost but what a show you put on! I really thought you had it.”

Jericho turns to him, and gets in his face. “Listen, Shawn. If it wasn’t for that little brief error moment, it would be me facing you at Wrestle Fest. I was just this close to winning the whole thing. I was the first man in, my body took so much punishment. I did what I did but in the end I got screwed. Screwed out of facing you at Wrestle Fest.

Shawn steps in closer. “Listen, Jericho you did a hell of a job out there. Some day we will meet in the ring. Tonight, I’ve got Triple H in a No DQ Match and on top of that he‘s got his puppet Mr. McMahon out there. *Jericho stops Shawn Michaels*

The two stare at each other. *Listen, Shawn I don’t care about tonight. The only thing I care about is claiming my dream of becoming World Heavyweight Champion. And Shawn if you do happen to beat Triple H tonight, then your looking at your first challenger. I want the title, Shawn. And, I’m going to let nothing stand in my to get it, even if it means going through you. But anyways, I’ve got to hit the showers. Good luck in your match tonight*

*Jericho pats Shawn on the shoulder and leaves the scene. Shawn stands staring down Jericho as he leaves.

A promo is aired stating that NHBWO’s next pay-per-view will be Night of Glory, and it will be live March 10, 2006!

The BoogeyMan VS. Goldberg

The lights fade and a red light is directed towards the stage. Coheed and Cambria’s “The Willing Well II: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness” blasts over the arena. The Boogeyman emerges from under the stage, and stares straight into the eyes of Samoa Joe. Boogeyman walks down to the ring, holding a gold alarm clock. He stands at the end of the ramp, and is surrounded by smoke. When the smoke clears, he is gone. There is a door sitting in the middle of the ring. The handle is turned, and out comes the Boogeyman, alarm clock and all. Static fuzz creeps over the screen. It begins falling down onto the stage, as “Invasion” begins playing. Goldberg steps through the fuzz, as pyrotechnic sparks explode around him. He points down to Boogeyman, and cuts his throat with his finger. Goldberg walks down the ramp, staring at the monster in the ring. Goldberg slides in, screaming in the face of the Boogeyman. The Boogeyman simply smirks, as the bell rings. Goldberg shoves Boogeyman, who retaliates with a shove of is own. Goldberg doesn’t move, and Boogeyman runs against the ropes. On his way back, Goldberg lifts his boot, pushing his foot straight into Boogeyman’s chest. Goldberg seems very confident in his first match back. The Man lifts Boogeyman up, and whips him into the corner. Goldberg readies himself to lifts Boogeyman to the top rope, but Goldberg finds himself knocked backwards by two hard punches and a kick. Boogeyman clotheslines Goldberg once, knocking him backwards. Another clothesline would barely knock The Man down, but he gets back up almost instantly. Goldberg sprints at Boogeyman, and clotheslines him, sending him up in the air, falling after a flip. Goldberg screams out to the audience, who cheers back loudly. Goldberg lifts Boogeyman to his feet, and grabs him by the throat. Goldberg walks him around, staring straight at him the whole time. Goldberg lifts Boogey high above his head, gorilla press style. Goldberg drops the Boogeyman backwards, taking the match very lightly. Boogeyman gets up, trying not to be too discouraged. Boogeyman charges Goldberg, but is lifted off of the ground. Goldberg slams him, and goes for a pin. The ever-energetic Boogeyman kicks out at a count of two, but Goldberg is no where near done. Goldberg sets Boogeyman up in a corner, and starts pounding him, right in the face. It only takes three punches for the Boogeyman to collapse, but most people couldn’t take one. Boogeyman is flung across the rings, into the ropes. He flies back, and receives a knee to the gut from Goldberg. Another fierce scream into the crowd gets them riled up, cheering for The Man in his first match back. He shows no signs of rust. Goldberg slits his throat again with his finger, waiting for Boogeyman to arise. Goldberg is hunched over in the corner, watching like a hawk. Goldberg waits for Boogeyman to turn around, the crowd cheering. Boogeyman recovers a vertical base, and stumbles, turning around. Goldberg charges the Boogeyman, and spears him, nearly causing him to split in half.

Goldberg now lifts the lifeless carcass of the Boogeyman off of the ground, and looks at him. Goldberg puts him in the suplex position, an end clearly in sight. The Man lifts The Monster off of the ground, and holds him high and straight up. Bill Goldberg drops him with great force, landing on top of him, completing the Jackhammer. Bill Goldberg hooks the leg, and the referee counts, one. . . two. . . three.

Winner: Goldberg
Goldberg’s music hits. The referee raises his arm. He poses for the crowd. Goldberg makes a hand movement over his waist saying that he will be the next world heavyweight champion. Fans cheer as he heads to the back.

Video Promo: Farewell Match

A video promo is played. Clips highlight showing The Rock turning his back on Chris Jericho giving him the rock bottom 2 weeks ago. The Rock is standing over Chris Jericho as he aligns himself with Mr. McMahon and Triple H. The Rock cuts a promo saying that just like everyone in back Chris Jericho was and will never be in The Rock’s league. A clip then shows a brawl take place in the ring between both men. Referee’s and trainers hold them back. Chris Jericho does an interview later that night proclaiming that at Battle Mania he will kick the Rock’s ass. The Rock not willing to back down from a challenge accepts the match. The Rock calls out Chris Jericho and another brawl fires up. Both men have to be restrained. The Rock says that at Battle Mania it will be his final match but he will come out on top and he will finally show the world that he is without a doubt the man to get it done. Promo ends with a split screen of both men.

Chris Jericho VS. The Rock (Farewell Match)

A quite murmur among the crowd is loudly interrupted by the screaming of “If You Smell. . . What The Rock Is Cooking!” The People’s Champion walks out from behind the curtain, and storms down the ramp. He points out a few of his signs, and walks all the way around the ring, to the far corner. He pulls himself onto the apron, then up onto the second turnbuckles. He lifts one arm high above his head, looking out into the crowd. He gets down, and climbs into the ring, where he is handed a microphone.

The Rock:[/color] “As many of you know, this is the Rock’s last match. Don’t cry- I know, it’s sad. But it’s not the end of the world. Ok, maybe for some of you it is. Anyway, I just wanted to say that for my last match, I plan on coming out on top!”

A countdown begins, the silhouette of a band cast across the stage. The bass player strikes a note for every count, until the timer reads “Y2J,” and he plays a harmonic two octaves above the note. There is a pick scrape from a distorted guitar, leading to pyrotechnics, which explode around Fozzy. Jericho stands fronting the band, screaming his entrance song into the microphone. After the first verse, he puts down the microphone, and walks down to the end of the ramp. He turns around and raises both arms to his side, then turning to face the Rock. He takes off his pink Y2J jacket, and slides into the ring. The Rock and Chris Jericho circle each other, each waiting to lure the other into making a mistake. Chris Jericho decides to start slowly making his circles smaller, bringing him closer to the Rock. The two meet in the center of the ring, and Jericho sneaks behind the Rock. Chris tries giving him a German suplex, but instead finds Rock behind him, and is lifted off o his feet and thrown backwards. Jericho and the Rock both spring back up, neither willing to even consider the possibility that he might lose. Chris Jericho runs from the ropes, and slides between the Rock’s legs, confusing him. When the Rock turns around, there is Chris Jericho, ready with his right hand. Chris pummels the Rock into the corner, and continues the onslaught, until he is torn away by the referee. The Rock regains his poise, and the two men wait, trying again to wait for the other to make a mistake. This time, it is the Rock who is able to capitalize. Jericho decides to charge the Rock with a sudden clothesline, but the Rock ducks, waiting as Chris turns around. Chris Jericho finds two fingers being jabbed into his eyes, and stumbles backward. The Rock gives Chris a hard right hand, followed by three others, all very animated. For the final slap, the Rock spits on his hand, and bashes Chris Jericho in the side of the head. Jericho struggles to get up, as the Rock stands in the corner, hunched over and ready. Chris finally gets up, and turns to the Rock. The Rock throws Chris Jericho’s arm over his shoulder, setting him up for the Rock Bottom. Jericho wraps his lower leg around the Rock’s, and falls backward. The Rock finds his face smashed into the mat, as Chris Jericho gets up, waiting for the Rock’s next move.

Chris Jericho runs towards the Rock from behind, and jumps, feet forward. Jericho gives the Rock a bulldog, springing p as the Rock lays, stomach up. Chris Jericho runs to the ropes parallel to the Rock, and flips off of the second rope. He back flips off, and finds himself landing gut-first onto the Rock’s knees. Chris pops backward, kicking his feet violently. The Rock waits as Jericho slowly gets up. Chris Jericho once again finds himself in the position to be Rock Bottomed. Chris slams his elbow into the back of the Rock’s head, causing the Rock to stumble forward, releasing Chris Jericho. Jericho gives the Rock an inseguri, and The Rock falls onto his back. Again, Jericho springs off of the second rope parallel to the Rock, and this time, is able to hit the Lion Sault. Chris Jericho pulls the Rock’s leg up, and the referee counts. . . One. . . Two. . . Three.

Winner: Chris Jericho

In-Ring Aftermath: The Rock‘s Farewell

The Rock slowly gets up, and Jericho walks over to his side. The entire arena is on it’s feet, giving the Rock a standing ovation. Jericho helps him up, and lifts his arm high in the air. The Rock and Chris Jericho hug each other, and the Rock is again handed a microphone.

The Rock:[/color] “Without you The Rock would not be here tonight. The People, The Fans, The Superstars. This what makes up The Rock. I just want to say that my leaving here does not mean that I will shut all of you out. The Rock loves his people. Chris Jericho, you are by far The Rocks favorite person here in NHBWO. I have a lot of respect for you and damnit, I will miss you. *Hugs Jericho* The only way I can close this final good-bye is by saying simply this…Thank You. Thank You very much for everything.”

Chris Jericho raises The Rock’s arm and both men embrace one last time to a standing ovation as The Rock’s music plays over the PA system. Both Jericho and The Rock leave to the back high fiving fans on the way up.

Video Promo: Handicap Match

A brief history of attacks and brutal beatings is played. The first attack on Kane is played as Randy Orton and Batista lay waste to him. Batista almost breaks Kane’s back with a Batista Bomb. Clips of Randy Orton versus Kane on Turmoil are played. The after math is shown with Batista running down and attacking Kane after Kane defeated Orton. A promo interview with Kane is played where can says, their final resting place will be Battle Mania. Because after the night is over they will get a one way ticket straight to hell!”. Promo ends with flames engulfing the video package.

Kane VS. Batista & Randy Orton (Handicap Match)

The catchy and distorted riff of Mercy Drive’s “Burn In My Light” kicks in, as Randy Orton and Batista step out from behind the curtain. Orton extends his arms, and Batista raises his, both men in perfect physique. The crowd boo’s as they taunt, standing on the edge of the stage. They walk down to the ring together, and Batista stands in the middle of the ring, as Orton stands on the second turnbuckle, his arms held high.

From the stage, a huge explosion of fire sets off Finger Eleven’s “Slow Chemical,” as Kane steps out from behind the curtain. The ever-mysterious masked madman walks down slowly, never taking his eyes off of his two sneaky opponents. He climbs onto the apron as Batista and Randy Orton flee the ring, and stands in the center. He lifts his arms high above his head, and shoves them down, causing fire to erupt from the poles.

It starts out with Batista and Kane. They lock up, Batista getting him in a side headlock. Kane is bounced off the ropes and the monster leapfrog’s Batista, coming off the ropes again and meeting him with a big boot! Kane is showing his agility early on in the match. Kane picks up Batista and hits him with a throat thrust sending him to Orton's corner. Kane starts to choke Batista but Orton gives him a forearm. Kane backs off and Batista charges with a forearm as the referee warns Orton.
Batista starts elbowing Kane in-between the shoulder blades, keeping him down. Batista charges off the ropes and comes out with a stiff knee to the side of Kane's head. Kane rolls out the ring holding his head. Batista distracts the ref and Orton flies down with a double axe handle on Kane. They are unfairly using their advantage! Orton rolls Kane back in and Batista locks on a headlock. The crowd are willing Kane on and he starts to rise. He throws Batista into Orton's corner and starts a flurry of hard rights and lefts, then punching Orton off the apron onto the guard rail!

Kane grabs Batista and tosses him across the ring. Kane walks across and lifts him up. Running power slam! Kane grabs him and hits a snap suplex! Kane lifts the groggy Animal and gives him a hard big boot into the corner. Kane turns but Orton scores a blind tag and climbs the ropes. Kane turns round and is met with an Orton cross body. Orton picks him up and runs of the ropes. Basement dropkick brings Kane to his knees. Orton gets up and runs off them again. A dropkick square to the face sends Kane down and out. Orton hooks the leg. 1-2-KICK-OUT.
Orton bounces off the ropes and hits a leg drop. He runs off them again but Kane sits up! Orton looks shocked and backs up as Kane gets up. Orton runs but is grabbed round the throat. Kane launches him over the top rope, and Orton lands square on his face. Kane turns round and Batista tries to clothesline him. Kane ducks and Batista turns round into a throat thrust which sends him over the top rope. Kane climbs the top rope as Orton and Batista get up. Kane flies and clothesline them both, taking himself and Orton over the railing!
Batista is on the floor and Kane and Orton are in the audience. Batista gets up and looks over the railing but Kane catches him with a right. Batista flies back and Kane climbs over. He throws Batista into the steel steps and turns round and grabs Orton by the throat. Kane lifts him up and press slams him onto the floor! The referee is out there and as Batista charges for Kane, Kane moves and he knocks out the ref. Kane punches Batista in the face and tosses him back into the ring. Kane slides into the ring as Batista backs off. Randy Orton grabs a steel folding chair on the outside. Batista gets to his feet and tries to sucker punch Kane but Kane reverses it and gives Batista another thrust to the throat which sends him flying back into the corner. Randy Orton slides in the ring raising the steel chair high above his head attempts to hit Kane but it backfires and Randy Orton cracks the skull of Batista knocking him out. The referee starts to stir on the outside of the ring. Kane gives Randy Orton a big boot. Randy Orton falls to the mat. Kane signals for the choke slam as the referee slowly gets to his feet. Kane grabs Orton by the throat. Orton counters it given Kane a low blow. Orton picks up the steel chair once again. He waits for Kane to get to his feet. Kane staggers to his feet and Orton clocks Kane over the top of the head denting the steel chair. Orton quickly counters his attack grabbing the head of Kane and hitting the RKO onto the steel chair. Orton hooks Kane’s leg. The referee makes the count. One, Two, Three.

Randy Orton’s music hits as Batista slides back into the ring with a disgusted look on his face. Orton music fades. Batista gets in the face of Orton. Orton brushes him off and tries to leave the ring. Batista grabs Orton by the air and demands Orton to explain himself. Orton again walks away from Batista. Batista grabs Orton again. Orton starts to argue with Batista. Both men exchange words. Orton tries to leave once again. Batista grabs Orton by the arm holding him from leaving. Orton punches Batista in the face. Orton stares down Batista. Batista holds his jaw. Batista looks up at Orton who is not paying attention. Batista clotheslines Orton over the top rope to the outside. Batista rams Ortons face into the steel ring steps. He throws Orton on top of the announcers booth. He climbs up top and gives Orton the thumbs down. Fans cheer. Batista sets up Orton, he shoves his head between his legs and with one fierce powerlift drives Orton right threw the table with a Batista Bomb. A holy shit chant erupts as Batista's music hits. Bataista leaves high fiving fans on the way out as Orton is attended to by referee's.

Video Promo: World Title Match

A long promo is played showing highlights of segments leading up to tonight’s match. Clips of Triple H attacking Shawn Michaels are shown. Triple H brings out his sledgehammer and cracks Shawn Michaels skull open. Triple H holds up the world title. A short in-ring segment of Triple H is played. “And come Battle Mania, I will cut that last strand Shawn Michaels has that is still holding him up. Because face it Shawn you’re a has been, it’s time a real man held the belt. The video package continues showing Shawn Michaels hitting the ring and attacking Triple H. Mr. McMahon and The Rock run out and all three men beat down Shawn Michaels. Chris Jericho runs down to help out Michaels. Triple H and Michaels stare down each other and exchange words. Michaels’ speaks in an interview, “Hunter, if your going to take the World title, then you have to get the job done right! I’m still standing here with the title. Hunter, take some advise! Don’t Hunt what you can’t kill!” A in-ring segment is played as highlights of brawls and attacks between Shawn Michaels and Triple H is shown, “Shawn! Face facts, this Saturday I’m taking your title and ending your career! I will take your final breath! Because I am that damn good!” The video package continues with video highlights as the theme “I will not surrender” plays in the background.

Shawn Michaels VS. Triple H (No Disqualification World Heavyweight Title Match)

A distorted power chord shakes the arena, as Motorhead’s “The Game” begins playing through the dark arena. Green lights flash along the stage, as Triple H slowly emerges from behind the curtain, a water bottle in one hand, the other holding his intercontinental championship on his shoulder. He walks down the ramp, taking a sip from the bottle every few steps. He tosses the bottle into the crowd after taking one final gulp. He stands on the apron, facing the crowd, and exhales the water out onto the crowd. He steps into the ring, pumped up. Three drum beats echo through the arena as “Sexy Boy” hits, and Shawn Michaels comes walking out, pointing to the huge crowd of the pay-per-view. HBK struts down the ramp, and eventually drops to his knees, looking straight up. A lines of pyrotechnics explodes behind him, like a wave of bright, beautiful white sea. Michaels springs up, and gives a few people some high-fives. He slides into the ring, and, extending one leg, he flexes in the classic pose. He spins around, taking off his chaps and his vest. Triple H slowly climbs back into the ring, both men never taking their eyes off of each other. Chivalry has no meaning in this match. They stand face to face and toe to toe, neither man moving or speaking. Triple H finally gets his cocky grin on his face, only to find it smacked away by Shawn Michaels. Triple H stares back at Shawn, and begins screaming at him furiously, his finger pointing into HBK’s chest. Shawn shuts him up by again, slapping him. Triple H finally responds, with his own smack of disrespect. This time, it is Shawn who smirks. HBK backs up a few feet, waiting for Triple H to strike. The Show Stopper ducks a high swing by The Game, responding with a kick to the gut. Michaels gives Hunter a form of an uppercut, knocking HHH backwards. Shawn and Triple H grapple up, Triple H shifting Shawn into a headlock. Shawn brings him against the ropes, and tries to fling him away, but The Game plays smart, holding onto Michaels head, giving him a bulldog.

Triple H gets up immediately, walking to the other side of the ring to taunt. When he turns around, however, Shawn Michaels is right in his face, and unleashes a heavy right hand. Triple H takes three shots before retaliating, and is only able to take a few more before the force of the swing knocks him to one knee. Shawn Michaels turns around, and reaches into his pants. HBK pulls out a set of brass knuckles, but is wrapped around from behind before he turns. Triple H lifts him in the air, giving him a german suplex. Triple H charges Michaels as he gets up, and clotheslines him over the top rope. Triple H runs to the other side of the ring, and bounces back. He dives through the ropes at Shawn Michaels, but misses, crashing head-first into the front of the announcer’s table. Shawn Michaels picks him up, then slams him onto the already weakened table. Triple H lays holding his back, as HBK regains energy. Triple H begins to stir, and Michaels dropkicks him over the barricade, HHH landing on a lucky fan’s lap. As Triple H gets up, he is swung at. He ducks, and Michaels bashes the fan right in the face. Triple H punches HBK, and hops back over the barrier. The two men brawl to the side of the ring, with Triple H eventually knocking Shawn down. HHH then runs HBK’s head into the barrier, knocking it down. Michaels finds himself lifted up, and has his head rammed into the pole. Triple H slides back into the ring, as Shawn lays outside the ring, knocked out. Triple H stands leisurely watching Michaels get up, and when he does, backs away from the ropes. HBK slides in, and sprints towards HHH. The Game receives a hard elbow, knocking him down. Michaels and Triple H both struggle up, preparing to fight to the death. Michaels runs toward Triple H, but is met with a jumping knee. The heavy blow breaks Shawn Michaels open, a wide gash on his forehead.

Michaels is slowly lifted to his knees, where Triple H insults him, and yells in his face. Triple H picks him up the rest of the way, and prepares him for the pedigree by putting Shawn’s head between his legs. Triple H lifts Shawn’s arms, and turns him around to show the crowd. Finally, he turns to the stage, where Vince waits. Vince smirks and begs Triple H to hit the pedigree, Triple H smirks. Suddenly, Triple H is smacked in the side of the head by a chair. Chris Jericho stands over him. Chris Jericho helps HBK to his feet. Mr. McMahon runs down to the ring and slides in. He spins Jericho around and tries to grab the chair. Jericho brings the top of the chair to the sternum of McMahon. McMahon falls to the mat and Jericho kicks him to the outside.

Shawn Michaels slowly gets up at the corner, and begins stomping. The crimson mask now covers both men’s visages, and HBK lively as ever, tuning up quite possibly the greatest band ever. When Triple H gets back up, Michaels gives Triple H a hard kick, a Sweet Chin Music. Shawn Michaels collapses over Triple H, and the referee makes the count of one. . . two . . . three.

Winner: And Still World Heavyweight Champion, Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels music hits and the fans erupt in cheers. Triple H lays motionless out cold from the super kick from Michaels. Mr. McMahon rolls in pain on the outside of the ring as Michaels stands in the ring with his title, holding it high above his head. The crowd is on it’s feet, as suddenly, from behind, Chris Jericho smacks HBK with a chair. HBK collapses to both knees. The fans in the arena are shocked, not knowing what to think. Chris Jericho looks HBK in the eyes and with another swift move raises the chair high above his head and cracks HBK over the head. The crowd boo‘s Jericho. Jericho picks up the title. Jericho stares at the gold silently, and lays it across HBK, mouthing the words “It belongs to me,” to Shawn. The camera fades from a bloody Shawn Michaels to the NHBWO logo.
