**Fireworks go off around the arena for this very special edition of Brawl for All, coming at you live from the Manhattan Centre, Manhattan, New York! We go live to your announcers for tonight, Joey Styles & Austin Owens** Joey Styles: I’m home baby! Tonight, we are witnessing some extreme action, coming live from one of the former homes of ECW, the Manhattan Centre, New York City Austin Owens: Joey, your forgetting one thing. This isn’t ECW, this is NHBWO. And we are going to be giving you some NHBWO hardcore action. We’ve got a Steel Cage Match, the custom Champion going against the pissed off former Number 1 Contender, Batista for a Semi Final Spot Joey Styles: Then in our main event, 2 former ECW alumni, Chris Jericho and Steve Austin will be going one on one in a Tables, Ladders & Chairs match. Climb the ladder, and since there is no belt, you grab the briefcase with a semi final spot in it **We hear Paul Heyman’s theme music start to play. The crowd explode, as the Evil Genius walks out onto the stage** Joey Styles: What the hell is going on here? **Paul Heyman basks in the reception, then walks over to the announce table. He puts on a headset and sits down as the music stops. The crowd are chanting “Heyman! Heyman!”** Austin Owens: Oh Christ, it is ECW Paul Heyman: And aren’t you happy to be in it Austin? I’m out here tonight to help you guys call the action, as I want to see my tournament creation first hand Joey Styles: Thanks for joining us Paul, and just in time as the cage is about to be lowered! |
**The lights dim and dramatic music starts to build up as the 15 foot high steel mesh cage lowers from the ceiling. Officials make sure it is secure and the lights remain as normal. “Ridin” by Chamillionaire starts to blast out over the arena, and the Custom Champion bounds out onto the stage. He is met with a mixed reaction and smirks. He bops down to the ring, high fiving select fans. He walks around the cage, looking it up and down. He begins to climb it, sitting on top of the cage, waiting. His music stops and changes to “Unleashed” by Saliva. Batista jumps out onto the stage, but is surprisingly met with boos! The New York crowd are notorious, and Batista doesn’t let it affect him. He walks to the cage with a purpose, not taking his eyes off of Lethal on top. He goes in through the door and stands opposite Lethal as the bell rings**
vs.
Batista vs. Jay Lethal (NHBWO Cup Quarter Finals- Steel Cage Match)
[/center]Batista smirks, and shakes himself out. Lethal smiles, and dives off onto the ropes, spring boarding onto Batista. Batista catches him and throws him against the side of the cage and the door is locked. Lethal is trapped with this angry animal, and is trying to stand up, caught between the steel and the ropes. Batista charge; sandwiching the poor youngster; up against the steel. Lethal lolls against the ropes, but Batista charges again, and Lethal drops to the mat. Batista kneels and starts taunting Lethal, slapping him before dragging him out into the mat for more punishment. Batista paces around Lethal, as he struggles to get up. He keeps knocking him down with his shoe, laughing. He grabs Lethal by the arm but Lethal breaks free. Batista staggers back and Lethal catches him with a spinning heel kick to the chest. Batista moves back into the ropes, and Lethal connects with a standing dropkick to the midsection, and Batista is sitting on the second rope. Lethal bounds off the ropes, and hits Batista with an insiguri which makes a sickening noise. Lethal starts to crawl up, and is beginning to climb the cage!
He’s half way up but sees Batista stirring. Lethal can try, he might make it, and he’s going for it! Lethal is on top of the cage, and Batista is up. Lethal doesn’t try to climb down; instead he dives off the top of the cage with a stunning cross body dive! Lethal rolls around on the mat, holding his ribs and Batista appears to be laid out in the middle of the ring. Come on kid, just crawl towards the door! Lethal is dragging himself, and Batista is too. Lethal is half way out the door but Batista grabs the door and slams it into Lethal’s head! Batista drags Lethal back into the cage. Batista is back up and picks Jay up. He slaps Jay across the chest, which is met with the usual WHOOO of the crowd. Batista Irish whips Jay then back body drops him up against the steel! Lethal bounces back onto his feet and Batista grabs him with a reverse Atomic drop. Batista is starting to regain momentum and starts to rake Jay’s head against the steel. Jay is screaming in pain and Batista lets him go. Jay is picking himself up but Batista runs and knees Jay’s head up against the steel. Jay is busted open and Batista is just pleading fro Jay to get up.
Jay does eventually, and Batista grabs him by the head. He runs with Jay, who is still stuck behind the ropes, and launches him into the steel! Jay is lying against the ropes, and Batista holds him and chops him once more. Jay doesn’t even wince; he just falls to the mat. Batista starts to haul his monster frame up the cage! Batista is finding it incredibly difficult though, and stops, standing himself up on the turnbuckle. Jay is starting to stand up. Batista tries to kick him down but Jay grabs his leg and yanks it, straddling Batista on the top rope! Jay climbs back into the ring, and climbs up the turnbuckle with Batista. He jumps up and gives Batista a hurricanrana into the ring! Batista lands, folding over his neck, he may of broken it there! Lethal is leaving small puddles of blood wherever he lies. He’s pulling himself up on the ropes. Lethal climbs the ropes, then jumps, double stomping Batista in the gut! Lethal bounces off, and latches onto the cage on the other side! Batista is still rolling around; he’s got enough time to climb. Lethal is pulling himself up as fast as he can, and sits on top of the cage. He looks down, then at Batista and smirks. He points to the entire crowd, then dives off the cage, with unbelievable air time and gives Batista a monster leg drop! The crowd are chanting “Holy Shit!” in unison, but Lethal has just spoiled his SECOND chance at escaping to attack Batista. Both men are seemingly down but Jay Lethal nips up! Jay asks the referee to open the door, but just grabs his Custom Championship belt. God damn it, will Jay Lethal ever learn? Batista is stumbling up and Jay hits him in the back of the head with the belt. Batista stumbles backward and gets it again in the kidneys. Jay runs but Batista boots the belt into Jay’s face! Batista sits down catching his breath and Lethal is lying in the middle of the ring.
Batista tries to climb once more, but because he is so slow, this allows Jay to get back up. Jay grabs the belt and starts to climb once more. Batista is on his knees on the top, holding onto the wire and Jay just blasts Batista with the title. Batista is lying down on the top, and Jay is on his feet now, holding onto the wire. He does the smart thing and is starting to climb down, but, right next to Batista. Batista shoots over and has Lethal by the hair. Jay is trying to punch away but Batista has grabbed the title belt. He hits Jay over the back of the head, and is pulling him up over the cage and back into the ring. He has Jay back on top of the cage, Jay is still battling but Batista grabs Jay’s trunks and throws him in, but falls off himself. Batista is holding his neck which he hurt earlier. The crowd in New York are hot now, cheering for both men to get back on their feet. Batista is up first, and is climbing once more, determined to finish this match quickly.
Jay is up not so quickly this time, and is climbing up, using a spare leg to kick Batista wherever he can. Both men reach the top of the cage, and are just trading shots. Batista is obviously gaining the upper hand due to his power but Jay leans back and kicks Batista in the jaw. Jay uses the wire to stand up on one side and Batista slowly uses the other wire. Jay starts to walk across the cage and tries to kick Batista in the gut but Batista holds hi leg. Batista scores with a kick himself and puts Jay’s head in between his legs. God no, POWERBOMB OFF THE TOP OF THE CAGE INTO THE RING! Jay plummets down with a thud into the cage. Batista then climbs down and jumps to the bottom, he has advanced into the semi finals!
Winner: Batista
**Officials rush to the ring and the cage is lifted quickly so they can attend to Jay Lethal, who is sprawled out in a bloody heap on the canvas. Batista raises his arm, then wipes the blood of Jay Lethal across his face & chest and walks to the back, followed by Jay Lethal who is stretchered off**
Paul Heyman: That was hardcore! One of the best cage matches I’ve ever seen, and that’s the kind of action I want in my tournament
Austin Owens: You want to see a man get nearly killed out there? Jay Lethal could be dead!
Joey Styles: Jay Lethal could also of won this match a while ago, he had THREE perfect opportunities to leave the cage but chose not to, to attack Batista. But in the end, the Animal prevailed and is advancing into the Semi Finals.
| Backstage Segment: Chris Jericho & Randy Orton "Tension Builds" **In the locker room, we see Chris Jericho taping up. Behind him, Randy Orton is there, to the boos of the fans. Jericho turns round and catches him** Chris Jericho: You son of a bitch, how dare you come into my locker room, I ought to- Randy Orton: You ought to what? Hit me? Be my guest, hit me, and I will never have to see your stupid ass face ever again here, and I can become Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho: You’d like that wouldn’t you Orton; it means you wouldn’t have to fight me at Wrestlefest. Well junior, let me assure you that you WILL be having a fight at Wrestlefest, and if you think for one second I’m going to forget that RKO you gave me on Saturday night then you are surely mistaken Randy Orton: Oh that? Sorry dude that was an accident man, just a little rib between partners you know? Chris Jericho: As for that, this Saturday you better not screw up in this tag team match. Infact, you can just stand there on the outside, raise your arms like a little assclown and be the best gay icon you can be. And what is it with the arms, who do you think you are, undertaker or something? **Randy gets in Jericho’s face, raising his fist** Chris Jericho: Ah, ah, ah, remember the contract Randy. Now get the hell out of my locker room I have a match to get ready for Randy Orton: Yeah Jericho…good luck with that. See you Saturday **Jericho and Orton go head to head and we cut to a commercial hyping Wrestlefest** |
**We come back from commercial to the announce table. Just as the announcers are going to speak, a drum roll shakes the Manhattan Centre. The Masterpiece walks out onto the stage. Paul Heyman is incensed, but Joey Styles holds him back. Masters smirks and puts a microphone to his lips as his theme music stops**
| In-Ring Segment: Chris Masters & Paul Heyman Chris Masters: Oh, is my being here annoying you Paul? God, I’m sorry Mr. Heyman, but I’ve come out here for a very important reason. You see, remember last week on Turmoil, when I had a practice match for our Wrestlefest match. **Heyman nods to him** Chris Masters: Well you see, I realized that since I’ve had practice, it may not be fair on you, if you don’t have a practice. So, I’ve just come from the back and have an announcement for you. This week on Turmoil, you will be having a practice match against someone, who will have their hands handcuffed behind their back. Paul Heyman: That sounds fantastic Masters but let me cut you off right there. You’ve got me in a match, so I’m going to pick my opponent and another stipulation. The added stipulation is that the special guest enforcer will be YOU Mr. Masters. And my opponent will be…Kevin. **Chris Masters laughs, and claps Heyman** Chris Masters: Enjoy the match Heyman. Chris Masters: Oh, I will. **The two stare at each other as Chris Masters theme hits once more. He backs off, before turning through the curtain. Paul Heyman sits back down at the announce table** |
Joey Styles: Mr. Heyman are you sure? Kevin is a former tag team champion, even with his hands tied behind his back, he’s incredibly dangerous
Paul Heyman: Let’s just say I’m going to prove the genius side to my moniker, shall we? And speaking of genius, while I have an open mic, how about I announce the second Semi-Final. An old ECW favourite: the STAIRWAY TO HELL MATCH. For those who don’t know, you climbed up the ladder and grabbed the roll of barbed wire at the top to use freely. The match ended by pinfall. However, it will be adapted a little bit for today’s audience. As well as the roll of barbed wire at the top, a variety of other barbed wire weapons will be there too. 4 poles hanging from the ring post, with wires running along similar to a Clockwork Orange House of fun match, each hanging BARBED WIRE WEAPONS. Now, let’s see who will be meeting Batista then.
**The camera backs off as we head to the ring for our main event of the evening**
Howard Finkle: The following match is an NHBWO Hardcore Cup Quarter Final Match and is a Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match!
**The crowd go crazy, as the countdown of Jericho’s music starts to play. As it hits 1, an outline of Jericho posing is shown on a piece of black material. It drops to reveal the real Jericho and the crowd go crazy! With Saliva’s “King of My World” blaring in the background, Chris turns round to bask in the glory. He smirks, and struts down to the ring, looking at the ladder set up on the entranceway. He walks around the ring, before jumping onto the apron. He poses for the crowd, and steps in, limbering up his muscles. Silence. The glass shatters, and the roof is nearly blown off as Stone Cold Steve Austin returns to the NHBWO! He walks out, flipping the bird to Jericho. He takes off his vest and charges at Jericho and the bell rings**

Chris Jericho vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin (NHBWO Cup Quarter Finals -Tables, Ladders & Chairs)
[/center]Austin comes flying out with a Lou Thesz press, hammering Jericho with rights and lefts. Austin gets up, wide eyed and flips Jericho the bird. Jericho sweeps Austin’s feet and nips up, giving Austin a legdrop. Jericho gets up quickly and Austin rolls up too. Austin connects with a spear; again going back to hard rights and lefts. Jericho monkey flips Austin onto his feet. Jericho nips up and both men turn around, before delivering a double clothesline. The 2 get up once more and face off and the crowd are just eating up this chain wrestling! The 2 lock up, Austin has Jericho in a side headlock. Jericho shoves him against the rope, leap frogs Austin, then as Austin comes off from the other side, Jericho delivers a beautiful jumping heel kick. Austin rolls out of the ring, holding the back of his head. Jericho bounces off the ropes and dives through the ropes, hitting Austin with a stunning tope! Austin flies back into the timekeeper, and Jericho is up against the announce table. Jericho pulls himself up, and delivers a basement dropkick to Austin’s head.
Jericho stands up, looking around for something. He smirks, and grabs a chair. The crowd love weapons and Jericho is standing, watching over Austin like a hawk. He gets up but boots Jericho in the midsection. Austin grapples the chair away from Jericho and gives Jericho his own chair shot to the small of the back. Jericho winces and lets out a shout from the pain. Austin hits him again, and Jericho is crawling away, trying to escape Austin. Stone Cold throws the chair down, and kneels down, looking for something under the ring. He grabs something and pulls out a ladder! He picks it up and shoves it in the ring. He gets on the apron, but Jericho is back up and he clocks Austin in the back of the head with the chair! Austin falls down on the apron and Jericho shoves him in, and then follows him still holding the chair. Jericho bashes the chair on the mat, and as Austin is on his knees, Jericho nails Austin again in the back of the head with the chair.
Jericho sets the chair up in the middle of the ring, then goes after Austin. He picks him up and shoots him against the ropes. Austin comes out and Jericho delivers a drop toe hold onto the chair! Austin rolls around holding his jaw while Jericho smiles and the crowd chant his name. Jericho rolls out of the ring and grabs a table, then brings it in with him. He sets it up in the middle of the ring, and picks up Austin. He chops him and puts him on the table. Jericho bounces off the ropes, and tries to hit the Lionsault through the table but Austin moves and Jericho eats wood!
The crowd are going wild, and Austin is valuably using this time to catch a break. Austin rolls out and grabs another table, and rolls it in. Austin pauses to think for a moment, and then brings another table in! Jericho is up and Austin boots him back down again, before setting up both tables facing the corner. Austin grabs Jericho and starts punching him into the corner. He sits him up on the top rope and begins to climb after him. He places Jericho’s arm over his neck, and suplexes Jericho off the top rope through 2 tables! Austin may have sacrificed his newly healed neck there to advance in this tournament! Austin is lying in the wreckage of one, while Jericho is sprawled out over both. Both men haven’t moved in a while, and as the referee goes over to check on them, Austin’s hand reaches out. He grabs the ropes, and is pulling himself up, slowly but surely. Austin is up, and grabs Jericho by the hair. He boots Jericho in the gut and tries to hit the stunner but Jericho grabs him and throws him over the top rope to the outside.
Jericho kneels over, catching his breath before standing up once more. He grabs the ladder and sets it up; taking time to make sure it is directly under the briefcase. He climbs one rung, then another. Austin sees what’s going on and grabs another ladder and hastily throws it in the ring. As Jericho is almost going to grab it, Austin throws the ladder into Jericho’s back! Jericho slumps over the rung and Austin pulls him back down to earth in a hurry. Jericho lands on the chair, and is holding his tail bone. Austin shoves him and grabs the chair. Jericho stands up and gets clocked with the chair, straight in the head. Jericho falls down hard, and he is sprawled out. Austin begins to climb the ladder. He climbs up part way, before turning round. He jumps from the ladder hitting Jericho with his Stone Cold Elbow Drop! Good God, how did he do it? Austin is holding his knee in pain, but rolls out of the ring, leaving Jericho open!
As Austin is shrieking in pain, Jericho is starting to stir. He has a deep gash from the chair shot, but he is on 2 feet. He grabs the ladder, and folds it back up, then leans it against the ropes. What could Jericho be doing here? He stands on the opposite end of the ring. He starts to run, running up the ladder and corkscrews off onto Stone Cold! Good god, he ran up the ladder! Good God almighty, Jericho may of killed himself there, his lower half landed on the edge of the God damn announce table! The crowd are chanting “Holy Shit!” once again in the Manhattan Centre. Austin is flat out and Jericho is in a heap, up against the announce table. He rolls himself off and staggers up, and Austin shows some sign of life too. Jericho is up against the announce table, and Austin grabs the ladder hanging from the ropes. He jumps down and the ladder flips over the top rope, landing on Jericho! Jericho drops to the floor as the ladder crashes on top of him! Austin pulls himself up, he now has a psychotic glare in his face. He grabs the ladder, and puts it across the guard rail and the apron, like a bridge. He grabs Jericho and tries to put him on it but Jericho pushes him and slams Austin’s head against it. Jericho grabs a chair at ringside and levels Austin in the head with it. Jericho places Austin on it, and climbs the top turnbuckle. He looks behind him and moonsaults onto Austin who is lying on the ladder! Jericho flies back holding his ribs and the crowd have exploded!
Austin is just flat out on the ladder, Jericho is sitting up against the guard rail holding his ribs. Jericho sees his opportunity. He rolls in, and grabs the ladder in the ring. He sets it up under the belt and begins to climb. Rung by rung, as Austin is rolling off the ladder. Jericho raises his arm but the briefcase is raised! Austin is rolling in with the ladder and Jericho is going higher but the briefcase is being raised more! Austin nudges Jericho off the ladder against the ropes. Jericho comes back into the Stone Cold Stunner! Jericho rolls out of the ring and Austin is climbing up. He grabs the lowered briefcase and is in the Semi Finals! Jericho got screwed!
Winner: Steve Austin
After-Math: The realization is revealed **Austin jumps down with the briefcase, celebrating as his music plays. Jericho is up on the outside, wondering what the hell just happened. Austin’s music stops however, and the music of Randy Orton plays. Orton walks out on stage and mocks Jericho by not being able to reach something. Jericho looks pissed off and Orton laughs. The crowd have realised that it was Orton that screwed Jericho. Orton and Jericho stare off at each other as Brawl For All comes to a close!** |
