Coheed and Cambria’s “Welcome Home” begins playing through the arena, clips being shown through the introduction riffs. At the verse, the camera shows the stage and the many pyrotechnics exploding from it, then pans over the crowd. Finally, it stops before our announcers. Joey Styles: Welcome everyone to Saturday Night Turmoil! If I were at home, I would take the batteries out of the remote, because you wouldn’t want to accidentally miss anything tonight! Austin Owens: That’s right Styles, tonight is going to be big! Triple H defends his title, Batista takes on the brand new Jonathon Abbott, and there are sure going to be fireworks when Orton and Jericho have their contract signing! Joey Styles: |
Austin Owens: This is going to be a memorable night for everyone in this business.
Joey Styles: Especially the men in Heyman’s Hardcore Cup! They’re going through hell tonight, and will again next week!
Austin Owens: I wouldn’t be surprised if someone’s career was ended as a result of that tournament.
Joey Styles: Well, speaking of, it’s time to get one of those matches underway!

The ring is decked out like it would be for Carlito’s Cabana. Hammock, palm trees, monitors, coconuts, apples, lots of sand. Around the rings are crates, more apples & coconuts, chairs, deck chairs, and a variety of other tropical weapons. The Fink announces this as the first Quarter final match. John Cena’s music hits and Cena comes out to a mixed reaction. He gets in the ring and lounges on the hammock. We hear the start of Carlito’s theme and he walks out, laughing, this is his speciality. He takes off his shirt and rolls in as the match begins
vs.
Carlito Caribbean Cool vs. John Cena
[/center]Carlito sees John on the hammock and smirks. John stays lying there but Carlito kicks him off. Carlito dives over it onto john, and starts choking him on the sand. Carlito lets him go and as John gasps for air, Carlito kicks sand in his face. Carlito laughs and sits back on the hammock. John gets up and Carlito shoots off and boots Cena in the mid-section, then hip tosses him over the hammock. Carlito begins to climb up the palm tree structure and dives off with a knee drop onto Cena.
Carlito picks up a crate of apples but Cena delivers a low blow. Carlito drops them and Cena tips half of them out. Cena picks up Carlito and Samoan drops him on the apples. Carlito holds his back in pain and Cena picks up the crate again. Carlito gets up and Cena launches the crate at Carlito’s head, breaking it, and sending Carlito to the mat. Cena picks up a bit of wood and just nails Carlito with it, sending him through the ropes to the outside.
Cena begins to climb up the tree and dives from the top over the ropes onto Carlito! Both men are down on the outside, with Cena getting up first. Carlito sneakily grabs a glass bottle with a message in it and as Cena turns round, he smashes it over Cena’s head! Cena crumples and Carlito crazily STABS Cena in the head with a shard of glass! Carlito smiles crazily as Cena’s head gushes blood. Carlito grabs him but Cena boots him in the gut, and throws him into the ringpost. Carlito turns round into a back body drop.
Cena is groggy but crabs a crate. Carlito turns round and is lamped by the crate, which doesn’t break. He goes down to one knee and Cena places it over Carlito’s head. Cena grabs a coconut and pitches it at Carlito’s head, nearly knocking him out! The crate smashes and Cena places Carlito up against the ring post. He grabs 2 coconuts, throws one at Carlito’s head then the other at CARLITO’S coconuts!
Carlito passes out and Cena rolls him in. Cena goes in after him and hooks the leg. 1-2-KICK-OUT! Cena grabs Carlito and throws him at the palm tree. He gets a bit of rope and tries to tie Carlito to the tree but Carlito stiffs him, then starts to choke out Cena with the rope! Cena is gasping for air and turning blue and Carlito lets go. Carlito takes the rope and ties Cena up, then places his jaw over the corner of the ring. Please don’t tell me. Carlito climbs out then CURB STOMPS JOHN CENA! HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP!
Cena passes out on the floor, blood coming from his mouth and nose. The referee pushes Carlito away and officials run down to the ring, to make sure Cena is OK. The curb stomp is used as a gangland execution. The referees start to take Cena to the back but Carlito grabs him and brings him back down to the ring to the hate of the crowd. He throws him back in, and gives him his Caribbean Backbreaker! He places a finger on Cena. 1-2-KICK-OUT!
Carlito goes crazy, shouting at the official to count properly. He picks up the lolling Cena but Cena shoves him and scores a field goal between the posts. Cena grabs Carlito and throws him shoulder first into the ring post. Cena gets the rope and ties Carlito to the post! Carlito is screaming as Cena chews on an apple and spits it in Carlito’s face to the delight of the crowd. Carlito is angered as Cena goes out and grabs a chair. Cena annihilates Carlito over the back with the chair. Cena unties Carlito and hits him over the head with the chair.
Cena grabs a deckchair by ringside and sits Carlito in it. Cena puts on his word life knuckles, bounces off the ropes and tries to punch Carlito but Carlito moves and Cena falls onto the chair. Carlito grabs a plank of wood and swings it squarely into Cena’s face. Cena rolls away as Carlito grabs another bottle. Cena turns round and it is smashed over his skull! Double Arm DDT on the glass shards! Carlito hooks the leg. 1-2-3! Carlito advances into the semi-finals!

As Carlito celebrates, Paul Heyman walks out onto the stage with a microphone in hand.
Paul Heyman: That’s what I like to see. Violence, and that’s what I guaranteed, well done Mr. Cool. Now, as I said the stipulations will be getting more and more violent and seeing as you like glass so much…your Semi Final match will be a Shards of Glass Deathmatch. Glass panes around the ring, shards of glass on all turnbuckles, even your fists covered in shards of glass. Now that…is cool
Heyman laughs as Carlito is enraged. Next week, the semi finals, one will be a Shards of Glass Death Match!
The lights dim and orange lights flash in rhythm with a heart beat. It turns into Taz’s theme music and he walks out to the ring, not stopping, keeping his face covered by his trademark tattered black towel. He rolls in , and snatches off his towel, and begins to psych himself up. He gets the strap and ties it to his right hand, and the music and lights stop. ONE OF A KIND! Pyro’s explode and RVD jumps out onto the stage for the SECOND Hardcore Cup Quarter Final match. He is doing his thumb taunt and high fiving fans, seemingly not paying attention to Taz in the ring. He rolls in and the music stops. He is uneasy, but ties up his hand to the strap and the bell is rung

Rob Van Dam vs. Taz
[/center]The 2 go around each other, but Taz yanks the strap and RVD falls to the mat. Taz rushes over and knees RVD in between the shoulder blades. RVD goes to the mat and Taz yanks him around the mat. RVD is trying to scramble to his feet but Taz keeps kicking him down. He wraps up the strap and whips RVD across his back. RVD screams in pain and rolls around on the mat. Taz picks him up and wraps it round RVD’s throat. He throws RVD over the top rope and is hanging him!
RVD is gasping, grabbing at the ever tightening strap around his throat, and kicking out. RVD is starting to go limp but Taz let’s go of his grip and RVD falls down on the outside. Taz shoots out and picks RVD up but RVD pushes him back and kicks Taz against the steps! He pulls Taz back then kicks him against them again! RVD rolls in the ring, then out round the other side, then does it again, wrapping the strap around the ring post. RVD runs and Taz flies back into the ring post and his head just jolts back against it!
Taz falls down but RVD yanks again and Taz bounces off the post once more with a sickening thud. RVD goes around, and starts kicking Taz’s head against the ring post, Taz is defenceless now. RVD rolls in and out again, unravelling the strap. He begins pulling Taz over the barricade. Taz won’t go. RVD pulls harder but Taz gives the strap a sharp jolt and RVD crashes into the guard rail. Taz climbs over the barricade and whips RVD with the strap across the face!
RVD is left with 2 large cuts, going across his face with the imprint of the strap, with a large bruising mark across him. Taz grabs RVD and pulls him down the stands. Taz rolls over a ledge and tries to pull RVD over but RVD kicks his feet against the wall stopping him. Taz pulls but RVD pulls harder and Taz flies through the glass part of the ledge, rolling off a balcony, but his force pulls RVD who crashes 10 foot down onto a stack of chairs!
RVD is holding his ribs, chairs lying everywhere. Taz is KO’d on the concrete floor, and the crowd are wondering who is going to win this tug of war. RVD begins to crawl from the wreckage, dragging Taz behind. Taz is trying to stop but RVD falls over the barricade. Taz is holding himself back, but RVD grabs the ring bell, and throws it at Taz’ head to knock him out! RVD pulls Taz over the barricade, but leaves him half hanging. RVD climbs as far up as he can but Taz quickly gets up and pulls, leaving RVD hanging over the guard rail.
Taz grabs a chair and nails RVD with it over the back. Taz wraps the strap around RVD’s arm and neck, tying him up. Taz grabs him and gives him a Release German Suplex against the guard rail. RVD’s head snaps back and RVD is slumped against the barricades. Taz smirks, and whips RVD across the chest! RVD jumps up, holding his chest. Taz runs and forearms RVD and the 2 tumble over the safety rails. Taz grabs the bell hammer. RVD turns round and gets it straight in the gut!
RVD goes down on his knees, holding his ribs, which are probably broken. Taz grabs the TV monitor from the table. He is waiting for RVD to get up but RVD pulls the rope, bringing Taz forward; then kicks the monitor back into Taz’s face! Taz goes down onto the announce table. RVD sets him up and begins to climb the apron. He turns away from Taz and jumps up on the ropes but Taz rolls off, pulling on the rope and RVD goes flying backward through the announce table!
The crowd are chanting “Holy Shit!” at this incredibly physical match. Taz is struggling for breath, his head bleeding profusely. Taz finds a plank of wood from the earlier Street Fight and hits RVD in the ribs with it. Taz barely gets up, dragging RVD’s carcass with him. Taz looks under the ring, and pulls out a duffel bag. He opens it up to reveal light bulbs and light tubes! The crowd are getting hot, as Taz lays light bulbs on the plank, and rests it on the floor. He grabs RVD. T-BONE SUPLEX ON THE LIGHTBULBS!
Both men are pretty much unconscious on the floor. Taz is away from the glass wreckage. RVD rolls over, showing his back has severe lacerations all over it. Taz is getting up damn it. He is just bringing the pain onto RVD! Taz looks under the ring again, even though there is a bag of light tubes in the corner. Taz pulls out a baseball bat. He picks RVD up and swings but misses. RVD grabs 2 light tubes and as Taz turns round, RVD swings both, one in either hand and sandwiches Taz’s head between them!
Powder flies everywhere, and Taz falls down. RVD picks him up and rolls him in, then grabs the plank. RVD is crouching, waiting for Taz to get up. Taz does, eventually and RVD throws him the plank. Taz catches it and RVD jumps up for the Van-Damninator! Taz flies back in perfect position. RVD grabs the light tubes. He lays some under Taz, then some on top. RVD grabs the planks and climbs to the top rope, holding it against his chest. Taz jumps up, and yanks RVD. RVD flies and lands on the light tubes! Taz grabs the remaining ones and slaughters RVD with them! He locks on the Tazmission with the strap and RVD goes limp. Taz advances!
Winner: Taz
Taz is advancing into the Shards of Glass Deathmatch against Carlito next week on Turmoil! Taz takes the strap of his hand and rolls out, leaving a mess in the ring.

Red carpet gives the ring a classy appearance, a black table in the center, Paul Heyman standing at it’s end. Sparing the theatrics, Chris Jericho makes his way to the ring, entering and taking the side farthest from the entrance. Randy Orton follows suit, sliding into the ring and facing Jericho.
Paul Heyman: “Gentlemen I would like to go through this contract with you and announce the 3 stipulations for your 3 stages of hell match. The first clause of this contract states that between now and Wrestlefest you 2 must NOT touch each other, at all physically on purpose. If you break this clause you will be fired on the spot!
Both men just keep staring at each other as the crowd murmurs.
Paul Heyman: “The second clause is that you are required to TEAM with one another before Wrestlefest.”
The two men look shocked and start shouting at Heyman.
Paul Heyman: “Calm down gentlemen, it is to enforce the spirit of teamwork AND competition. In fact, your opponents will be announced later tonight!”
The crowd explodes and Jericho and Randy are in each others faces.
Paul Heyman: “Now the only thing left is to sign the contract. But first, your stipulations. The first fall will be a FINISHER match. That means Randy you win by hitting the RKO and Jericho, you win by locking in the Walls of Jericho or the Lionsault. The second fall will be a No Holds Barred match, no rules, but you must end it in the ring. And the third fall, should it come down to it…will be a Duelling Ladders match. What’s a Duelling Ladders Match you ask? Hanging from the rafters on either side of the belt hanging down, will be 2 chain ladders, which will permanently be there as well as any ladders around ringside. Now, sign the dotted line.”
Paul puts the microphone and pen down on the table. Jericho flips through the contract, then takes the pen. He lifts the clipboard up, then in a spontaneous act of violence, he smacks Randy Orton in the head with it. Orton is surprised, and especially when another fist hits him. Jericho bulldogs Randy Orton, then hits the Lionsault. Jericho springs up and signs the contract, but has knocked out Orton. Randy is unable to sign at the time, and NHBWO cuts to a commercial.

“Ridin" by Chamillionaire blares out over the P.A. system and Jay Lethal comes running out through the entrance way. He has the NHBWO Custom Championship fastened around his waist as he throws up his hands to get the audience pumped. They somewhat cheer for him a little and he begins to make his way to the ring. He rolls under the bottom rope and climbs up to the middle turnbuckle. He throws his arms up once more and gets a tiny pop from the crowd. He climbs down, shrugs his shoulders and the “Masterpiece” by POD blares out through the arena. “The Masterpiece” Chris Masters slowly walks through the curtain with a white cape covered in gold sparkles draped over his back and one of the NHBWO World Tag Team titles fastened around his waist. He walks down the ramp some and stops before he reaches the end. He throws off the cape and begins to pose, showing off his massive muscles. The women in the audience begin to scream for him as his muscles bulge out from his arms and chest. He just smiles at them and begins to make his way to the ring. He climbs up the steps and goes through the middle and top ropes. He stares right at Lethal and raises his arms receiving a fairly large pop. He then takes off his title and throws it to the ref who gives it to one of the ring crew. The ref then pulls out a blind fold as Master’s music stops. He talks to Masters a little and asks for him to turn around. He does and he reaches up to Master’s head to tie the blind fold. He ties it tightly and makes sure Masters cannot see anything through it. The ref signals for the bell and the match starts.

Chris Masters vs. Jay Lethal
Masters comes out of his corner beckoning for Lethal to come at him. Lethal trying to be smart carefully slides out of the ring. He runs around behind Masters and grabs his massive legs. He snatches them out from under him and Masters comes crashing to the mat face first. Lethal laughs and the crowd cheers for him. He then slides back into the ring and drops an elbow across the back of Masters. Lethal gets up and so does Masters. He reaches out in front of him feeling around for Lethal and can’t find him. Lethal yells at Masters and he can somewhat hear him. He heads in the direction of Lethal and punches him across the jaw. Masters rocks back and swings at Lethal who ducks away from it. Masters looks frustrated and begins to yell. The crowd laughs at him and he begins to turn red in the face. Lethal comes from behind and chop blocks his leg sending him to the mat. Masters holds his leg and quickly gets up. He starts violently slinging his arms in every direction trying to hit Lethal but almost hits the ref. The ref quickly slides out of the ring and Lethal runs at Masters. He ducks an arm from Masters ans bounces off the ropes. He attempts to hit Masters but is clocked right across the face with a massive forearm. Lethal goes down and Masters feels around on the ground. He finds his leg and holds it as he kicks away over and over again. With each stomp from the massive boot Lethal gets weaker and weaker. He eventually squirms away and rolls to the outside where he calls for Masters. Masters refuses to go outside of the ring and as Lethal continues to yell a slightly fat man comes walking down the ramp. It is none other than “The Evil Genius” Paul Heyman. He is smiling and he walk sup the steps very quietly. The crowd boo him as he carefully steps into the ring trying to be unnoticed. Lethal slides into the ring also and yells at Masters. Lethal turns him around and Paul Heyman slaps him. Masters rocks back a little and spits out a mouthful of spit. Heyman slaps again but this time Masters catches his arm. He then quickly locks in the Masterlock and Heyman begins to scream like a little girl. Lethal looks on in shock as Heyman yells for him to help him. Lethal begins to pound away at Masters but nothing can break the lock. He keeps it on Heyman who is about to pass out from the tremendous amount of pressure. Lethal keeps on hitting Masters and accidently knocks off the blind fold. Masters sees that he has Heyman in the Masterlock instead of Lethal and tosses Heyman over the top rope to the floor. Masters has a big smile across his face and the fans begin to cheer for him. Lethal runs at him only to be locked in the Masterlock too. Masters applies all the pressure he can and in an instant Lethal passes out. The ref calls for the bell and Masters throws Lethal over the top rope where he lands on top of Heyman who is still passed out. The ref raises Masters hand signaling him at the winner of this crazy bout. The crowd cheer and cheer for him as he rolls under the bottom rope. He looks down at Heyman and Lethal and spits on them both. He raises his arms once more and begins to walk up the ramp as the crowd cheer him on.
